Andean-Amazonian Healer
About
Titu amaru Salqa
Origins and the Path Within
Christian Calero Díaz is an Andean-Amazonian healer with nearly three decades of experience in soul healing and energy transmutation. His healing vocation was born within his family, where he inherited the ancestral wisdom of the native peoples of Cusco, Peru — a lineage that set him on his path as a guide and healer.
His knowledge comes from two spiritual lineages: Hampeq (healer) and Hawka (ancestral magic practitioner).
The eldest son of a family rooted in the lands of Quispicanchi and Anta — ancient communities of Cusco — his path has been guided by the legacy of those who came before him.
From the Hawka Lineage (specialists in ancestral Andean magic) of the town of Ccatca, Quispicanchi, he received the legacy of Apuchín Catalina Barrientos Ccama, his grandmother Julia Calero Barrientos, and his father Mario Calero Sánchez.
From the Hampeq Lineage (healers), he inherited the wisdom passed down in the peasant community of San Nicolás de Bari de Zurite, in Anta, Cusco, where he was trained by his grandmother Robertina Guzmán Vera and his mother Ruth Díaz Guzmán.
Through these lineages, he learned the spiritual and magical traditions, along with a deep connection to master plants — weaving together ancestral healing practices with sacred teachings. From the heart, Titu Amaru Salqa continues his journey with reverence, gratitude, and a profound commitment to keeping this wisdom alive in service of those who seek it.
The Work of Titu Amaru Salqa
Medicine that Integrates
Titu Amaru Salqa’s work weaves together the use of master plants and other entheogens, Andean-Amazonian rituals, herbal practices, and contemporary approaches. His purpose is to build a bridge between ancestral wisdom and modern healing tools, creating a space for deep transformation — always guided by respect, awareness, and heart. This integrative approach allows him to accompany those seeking to reconnect with their essential self, honoring the spiritual roots passed down through generations while adapting his guidance to the needs of the present.
Commitment
Throughout his journey, he has shared his knowledge across various regions of Peru and countries on different continents — bringing ancestral wisdom to those seeking an authentic path of healing. Beyond his therapeutic work, he has guided and mentored new healers, ensuring that these sacred practices continue with responsibility, respect, and deep understanding.
Consecrated in the thirteen sacred mountains of Qosqo (Cusco) and protected by the energy of the Señor de Qoyllur Rit’i — the Sacred Stellar Mountain — he embraces ancestral medicine under his spiritual name, Titu Amaru Salqa, taking on the commitment to expand consciousness and heal the soul. Today, he continues walking this path with a dedicated team focused on spiritual awakening and holistic well-being, accompanying those who long to reconnect with their essence and transform their lives from within.
Therapeutic Approach — Healing with
Master Plants and Other Entheogens
Master plants such as Wachuma (San Pedro) and Ayahuasca, along with other entheogens, are sacred medicine spirits used for consciousness expansion and deep healing. They are not merely substances, but conscious beings with unique energies — capable of opening gateways to deeper dimensions of the self. When approached with proper ceremonial and ritual guidance, they assist in releasing emotional, spiritual, and energetic blockages, fostering reconnection with one’s most authentic essence and opening paths toward transformation and inner balance.
Titu Amaru Salqa works with these plants to offer a safe and respectful space for those seeking genuine and transformative healing. His approach is marked by deep respect for tradition and an integrative vision that bridges ancestral wisdom with the needs of the modern human being. Every healing process is unique, and Titu Amaru Salqa accompanies each person with personalized care — honoring their timing, processes, and individual path of evolution.
Sacred Spaces
of Practice
Titu Amaru Salqa carries out his healing work and spiritual guidance in carefully chosen spaces — selected for their energetic value, historical significance, and deep connection to ancestral wisdom. In Peru — especially in Cusco — he works in wakas or huacas: archaeological sites, temples, and ceremonial places that have been regarded since pre-Hispanic times as centers of wisdom and spiritual connection. These sacred sites remain alive today, holding ancestral memory and fostering processes of introspection, transformation, and expanded consciousness.
He also holds ceremonies and gatherings on sacred mountains, known as Apus — living and protective entities within the Andean worldview. Beyond their natural beauty, these mountains offer a spiritual presence that deepens the inner work of those who join these experiences.
In other countries, he seeks places with symbolic and spiritual significance as well — natural sites of high energy, ancient ceremonial grounds, or dedicated retreat spaces specially prepared for inner work. In every case, his practice is guided by deep respect for the spirit of the place and the people who inhabit and participate in it.
